Training

Length & Location:
This is a 12 day training and will be held in Pennsylvania on a semi-annual basis.

What is the cost?
$1,950.00 per person

Certificates:
Each person will graduate with the following certificates:
-CPR – AED certificate from the American Heart association
-Bloodborne Pathogens
-OSHA certification in Chain Saw Operator Safety
-OSHA certification in Skid Steer Operator Safety
-Stop the Bleed
-FEMA Incident Command System 100, 200, 700, & 800

These certificates are recognized by fire departments, law enforcement, EMS, Red Cross, and FEMA, which will allow us to work alongside these agencies in areas of disaster.

Skills for emergency situations:
We will also train on the following topics:
– GPS, Mapping, & Grid Coordinates 
– Radio Operations
– Helicopter LZ operations
– Basic medical knowledge
– Leadership & teamwork

Individual Freedom and Empowerment 

One of our goals with this program is to help individuals develop an overcoming mindset and teach them how to overcome both their own challenges in life and the ever-evolving complexities faced on the mission field.

Another goal of this program is to equip individuals with the ability to effectively minister to and care for their team members and the people they serve.

This program will also include teaching on how to lead effectively, how to be a solid team player, and how to operate efficiently in high-pressure situations. There will be some practical leadership and team exercises to facilitate team synchronization and unity.
